Sorry about cutting my earlier post - life happens

So we wait 18 hours for a speed bump in a Sauna Bus where Matt gets to sit next to an Estonian hottie - where do I sign up ????

Matt & Gary getting so lost every time seemed silly, every other team made a deal with a taxi driver, and this isnt the first time they had done it. I
would have thought they would have learned.

I liked Matt & Gary - they were always positive and never gave up but I can help but think Gary's voice reminds me of a cartoon chracter .... I just
cant put my finger on which one !?!?!?!?!?

By the way just what is a Candle A Bra?? I have handled a the contents of a few bras that held some hotties but never a bra with something as hot as a candle
*wink*

I was so waiting for one of the racers to set their 'secret letter' on fire over the candle

I was LOL (internally) watching the Globetrotters getting changed into their 'game...

Heyas Guys,

I have been out of the loop like some of the others. First my 'puter stopped working, then my internet cable got cut by the Gilligan of the constructioin
world. Finally my kid got hit by a car (he is kinda OK)

But I soldier on.

I noted with interest that the teams left at the following times:

0223 am
0412 am
0437 am
0504 am
0629 am
then we find that the ferry leaves at 1745 pm ..... WTF ?? ...... surely we could have fit in a 'who can eat the most bananas' challenge before
leaving ?????

Oh BTW did you ever notice the calendar lists the days after Monday & Tuesday as W T F ?!?!?!? LOL

Gotta run - post later

For some reason I don't like the basketball players. As Tev pointed it, it seems to be okay for them to psyche people out and name call (or whatever it is
they do) but when a physical moment happened while people are RUNNING to the pit stop, they got whiny and aggressive. I have a feeling if the GT's had
gotten to the finish first, they would have been a lot more gracious. As for any animosity between the two teams, I just sat through a marathon of about 5
shows, and all I could see was that both teams viewed each other as a direct threat, and it doesn't seem to be personal. At least, as personal from a race
standpoint. But I do see the brothers starting to crack from the race fatigue which usually hits about now. Some people handle it better than others.

As for the others, I like the Beauty Queen and hubby. Not sure of their names actually, but they seem to really love each other. You can just see it in their
eyes.

Megan and Shane I think are...

The GT's obviously are in better shape and run faster than the brothers and if they had a better sense of direction would have made it to 2nd place easily
since they finished the mud volleyball first. From the long shot behind the wooden path, it looked like the GT's realized they were going the wrong way and
started to run down the brothers but it was almost impossible to pass. My observation is that B.E. was trying to pass and got an elbow to the gut from the
brothers and stumbled and took the brother down. I guess it is all academic, since the team behind was obviously not in last place. The Salt & Pepper
beauty queen team was still at the sling shot range. Even if the Father and Son team had already checked in, the GT's or Brothers teams were still not
last.

My favorites to win are the GT's, then Megan & Cheyne, then S&P, and finally the whiny brothers. The GT's have the least personal drama between
them and the Brothers have the most....

Well, I still think the GT's play a good game. They consider the brothers their major competition, but they dont complain about it. In fact, one of the GTs
stated that he was surprised that the boys were doing so well because they call each other names and scream at each other...stuff like that. My memory may be
fuzzy, but I dont think I have ever heard the GTs complain about the brothers at all. The brothers, however, want the GT's gone...but really havent stated
why. And Sam and Dan may not have complained at the Pit Stop, but probably because they were tired of all the complaining they did before the Pit Stop. To me,
there is animosity there from the boys for the GT's and I cant understand why...the other teams consider the GTs competition but dont seem to harp about it
as much as the brothers do. And I dont know why either team doesnt consider Megan and Cheyne competition, they are doing really well....

I'm kinda on the other side. I was a little turned off by the Globetrotter's attitude at the end of the leg this week. It appeared to me that Flight
Time tripped up Dan on the run to the pitstop (CBS's recap says that Flight Time fell twice while running and the second time he happened to take Dan
down with him, the implication that he wasn't intentionally trying to stop Dan). Did Sam and Dan complain when they arrived at the Pitstop? No. At least
not what was shown on the edit. Big Easy, however, started throwing accusations that Dan gave Flight Time an elbow and possibly that was the cause for him to
fall. Finally, he indirectly threatened the brothers with his size.

When Big Easy was messing with Mika on the slide, that was in the spirit of the game and totally acceptable, in my book. This week, however, was unnecessary
and uncalled for.

And right now, I have no idea who I want to finish first. No one I really cared about is still in...
