The false hint that Jaison was going was classic MB. We knew since last week that Liz was the target but MB has to have another possibility. I don't know
why he was pushing and pulling the boat. I know he played water polo but he should have saved his energy and paddled the boat. BTW, was the sailing ship the
same one MB used in his short lived series Pirate Master?
The previews show a merge next week at 12 players so Galu will have a 8-4 advantage over Foa. I wonder if Russ made any headway with the Galu girl whose name escapes me. Shambo as leader was kind of funny with the men pulling her puppet strings. |

The "Galu girl" was Laura. Speaking of her, I can understand why she might be upset with Shambo for
sending her to the other camp, but why would some of the other tribemates criticize her, saying now that she's big, bad leader she's throwing her
weight around? Who was she supposed to send that everyone would agree on? As far as I can tell, no one on Galu was universally disliked, someone everyone
would agree should miss the reward. Shambo had to pick someone. I guess that's part of the sh*ts being leader.

I was sad to see Liz go. I felt she was oneof the stronger smarter players, who should have stayed. But I guess Russell wanted her out, and he got what he
wanted.

I think the only way the Galu tribe would have been happy is if Shambo had sent herself and who would to that? I wish the Foa Foa tribe would do something. I
hate that Russell made it to the merge. I hope the Galu tribe vote him out first.

Did anyone else notice how often Laura mention that she and her husband (or boyfriend or whatever) had Harleys. I swear, nearly every other sentence mentioned
that they ride Harleys. It was almost like Charlie Babbitt in "Rainman" and K-Mart or People's Court (Judge Wapner)

The guys made a smart move in picking Shambo as the leader. She's on the out's with the girls, and 5th wheel with the guys, who basically can just
pull her strings as mentioned before. So she gets smeared with the dirt when things go wrong, even though it appears the men are making all the choices. Now
the girls are even doubly mad at her because she picked Laura, despite the fact that Sham made a perfectly valid reason for her choice and that it wasn't
personal. But as Mel said, unless she sent herself, no one was going to be happy.
Sad to see Liz go, but OTOH, she isn't as smart a player as I was willing to give her credit for. Two weeks in a row she is on the chopping block, and both time she did nothing to try and save herself. Given the numbers, once Jaison's name popped up, she should have gone to him, told him while it is probably her going home, his name is being mentioned alot, so how about getting together and blindsiding Russell? Or Matt? |
