The Tiger household is going to get very busy in a few hours, with food everywhere and family filling all the dining chairs
MrsTiger is VERY happy this year, 'cause her grandson is out of rehab and clean & sober for just over 2 months, so this year he is a REAL human being! Everyone have a great day! |

Happy Thanksgiving to all the Reality TV posters here. My wife has been sick with a cold so we are postponing the cooking until tomorrow. I did boil some
eggs and boil some chicken thighs to go in the dressing which is more cooking than I have done for many years. We are a couple of DINKs but grateful for each
other.

I did the XMas sales... didn't miss much but after making a turkey (while I did go out to eat, have to have the leftovers)..not sure I'd want to spend
Friday cooking.
Glad Mrs. skeptik is feeling better... I am guessing reading that score I assume you are talking basketball and not talking football haaa..the only team I follow is NFL and "The Patriots" (and those pesky "Colts")... but if you're happy skeptik, then I say .. "Go Cougars!!!" I'm with you and wish your team luck. As a 47 year old woman, I can get on board with that chant... haaaa |

The long suffering wife continues to improve. She has asthma and it takes a long time to get the congestion out of the lungs. I'm in Houston where it was
nearly 70°F yesterday and in the 50's today so that doesn't help.
The 73-14 score was our college football team that played an over matched Rice team. They beat us by 2 TDs last year and knocked us out of the Conf Playoffs so revenge was sweet. Speaking of Cougars, do you watch the Courtney Cox comedy Cougar Town on ABC? For a 1 joke premise, it is pretty good. |

Sorry to hear she wasn't feeling better. Hoping she continues to feel better.
I didn't really care for Cougar Town the one time I saw it, Courteney will always be Monica. I haven't found a really good new comedy in a long time. Maybe I'll try that Cougar Town again as I did only see the first one, and then the commercials don't seem to make it any better. |

The other Wed night ABC comedies are pretty good. It looks like Hank with Kelsey Grammar only had 2 or 3 episodes and hasn't been back. In the Middle
with Patricia Heaton (Everybody Loves Raymond) is funny, but my favorite is Modern Family for laugh out loud comedy.
It snowed today in Houston and I was home on vacation. The wife is getting better. |
