While appreciate the fact that I appear to be younger on here than I am, I gotta ask.. can I change my age on here? I don't mind shaving a few
years off but my profile says I'm 13.. I'm about 38 years older....
I went to my profile and don't see where I can fix it...

If you go to your profile and click on "Edit" next to your name, it should take you to a menu where you can change that information.

Well I made the transfer but ended up having to chang my name screen name (said it was already taken) - not sure why but okay. Any reason why 90% of the
avitors don't download when I open the website. Only a few do?

What was your other screename? You're on an imported name now? Or did you open that one here? You should be able to get to your old name... It was taken by
YOU...
Chris W may be able to help you retrieve your other password... You might have created your RTVT account on an old E-mail address you don't use
anymore... That happened to me with my Rockhopper account.

Hey Rock, and migration team...
Can I get rid of the RTVTbinky account all together? I'm wondering if I do that, maybe then this name will show as the active member on the site? Also, I plan on using this name only from now on and had only created the other account because I hadn't previously had a Yuku account and was trying things out on the test site....

Hey Bink.. from what I know and Rock helped me with.. I can be here as "Neko" but if I go on any other Yuku sites I would be Neko@RealityTVTalk.com
and that is how it appears.
I do go into other Yuku sites, namely AMAI's and I am known as "Miss Neko" so I think I am keeping that one and hoping to only be known as Neko here.. |

I get that part Neko, the thing is, in order to work on the test site, I had to make up the RTVTbinky name, which I wouldn't have done if I had realized
that our names were going to migrate here as is... see what I mean? I don't care if I have the same name on all the sites because I don't have time to
go "exploring" too much, lmao

You can't delete names... Yuku doesn't give you that ability... Apparently, it effects too many things... It doesn't have anything to do with the
active user list... That has been reported... Yuku's Technical dept has been off all weekend... They said it will probably start working correctly on its
own as the board becomes more active.

Another stupid question, lol.
How do you Private Message someone on here? I'm soooooo used to using that method of contact on the old board, and I don't know how to do it on here, nor do I have the emails of many of the people that I'm used to communicating with on a regular basis via PM, hehe

You can either hit the "interact" button under their name, or if you go to their profile and click on the PM button. I don't know if you've
noticed when you have PMs or Friend Requests, your "NAVIGATION" button (Very top right corner) turns BLUE.

Should I be using the RTVTbinky name or the regular binky name to do this?Either one, but I think you're trying to 'log in' at the help desk. You don't have a help desk account yet (help desk account and yuku account are separate, in case you have login problems at yuku and you need to contact the help desk) So, don't log in, just go through the motions of submitting the ticket without logging in, but make sure to use a valid email. Once you have submitted a ticket, a help desk account will be created for you automatically. You will receive an email by us with your help desk login information. |
