The focus has been so much on the judges' appreciation of Brandon and Kayla that I think their love of Jeanine had been lost. They've had little to say that was critical about her dancing all season, she's gotten high praises and the judges predicted her being in the top 4 on several occasions. It really shouldn't be a surprise that she won.

She was also the workhorse last night. In reviewing some of the Judges' favorite dances, I believe she danced more than anyone else. This would make sense. If you were the overall favorite dancer it would be expected that you would be in more of the favorite numbers.

While some of the routines showed improvement over their original performance, overall I thought many of them fell short. This might be expected in that they had so much to prepare for that they couldn't put the necessary time into rehearsal for every piece. It was also exhibition, so the dancers may not have been giving it that extra effort that they would in a competition.
